Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget in order to transfer the
funding for position H0-00048 (Special Program Coordinator) from the Office of
Housing and Urban Development(Housing Fund) to the Office of Management(General
Fund).

B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Position HO-00048, Special Program Coordinator was approved in Ordinance 17-39, the Operating Budget
for fiscal year 2018 with a budgeted salary of$50,772 within the Housing Fund. This position is being
transferred to the Office Of Management (General Fund). The planned functions and job description of this
position will not change.
