Time Extension to Condition B (Water Source)

This is to follow up on our recent letter to you dated May 10, 1999, regarding the granting of an
administrative extension of time to Condition B of the subject Ordinance.
A further review of our files indicated that Condition B has been satisfied. We refer to you a copy
of the attached letter dated October 20, 1998, to Mr. Scott Nunohara from the Planning Director.
Based on acceptance of the hydrological study by the Department of Water Supply, the effective
date of the zoning was determined to be dune 5, 1998. Therefore, a time extension was not
required for meeting the requirements of Condition B.
Please be aware, however, that Condition C of Ordinance No. 96-48 requires that subdivision
plans for any portion of the project site be submitted within five (5) years from the effect of the
rezoning or by June 5, 2003.
