AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 17-40, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2017 TO JUNE 30, 2018.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 17-40, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Mamalahoa Hwy\Nidening, Mud Ln to Mana Rd - Federal
(110.388.5384.20) $22,000,000
' Mamalahoa Hwy Widening, Mud Ln to Mana Rd - State
(110.388.5384.19) $ 500,000
Mamalahoa Hwy Widening, Mud Ln to Mana Rd - County
(110.388.5384.18) $ 5,000,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $22,000,000
State Grants Receivable $ 500,000
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources $ 5,000,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
