SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 4)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney to provide a grant to the YWCA of Hawai`i Island to assist with the
"Partnerships to Prepare and Respond to Terrorism and Mass Violence Crimes Symposium,"
which will be held on October 26 and 27, 2017.
Attached please find a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,000 from the Clerk-Council
Services—Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
