RE: Attached Resolution
Attached you will find Draft 2 of Resolution No. 85-99 authorizing the County of Hawaii
to enter into an agreement with the United States of American, pursuant to HRS 46-7, for
a Marijuana Eradication Grant.
This second draft corrects an error in the first pazagraph that addressed the Depaztment of
Justice as a State office rather than the United States government.
