Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Office of Aging to
assist with expense associated with the preparation for the 2018 Annual Outstanding Older
Americans Award Luncheon to be held on May 4, 2018.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—

RATIONALE: During the month of May we celebrate Older Americans month and part of the activities
include the Putstanding Older Americans Luncheon. These contignency funds help off-set the cost of this
