ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 295-17: REQUESTS THAT THE HAWAII STATE LEGISLATURE AMEND CHAPTER 92 OF THE HAWAII REVISED STATUTES TO REQUIRE ITSELF TO BE SUBJECT TO THE SUNSHINE LAW Requests the State Legislature to remove exemptions in State law for open meeting requirements, enforcement, penalties, and sanctions so that the State Legislature would be subject to the complete provisions of the Sunshine Law. Each video submittal shall be limited to a single agenda item. Video submittals may contain up to three individual testifiers and shall each be up to three minutes in length.
