Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Mass Transit
Agency for a reimbursement of expenses to assist with ground transportation for the 2017
Children's Day at Mo`okini Heiau.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
