These copiers will have an approximate monthly cost of$155 each and will be used by the Department's Vehicle Registration and Licensing division at the following locations: • Driver Licensing/Commercial Driver Licensing/Periodic Motor Vehicle Inspection office in Kona; • Motor Vehicle Registration office in Kona; and • Periodic Motor Vehicle Inspection office in Hilo. REQUEST: The Vehicle Registration & Licensing Division is requesting a resolution authorizing the payment of funds in a later year and for more than one fiscal year, for a multi-year lease to purchase three (3) multi-function copiers.
