Subject: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 5) w —
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney to provide a grant to the Big Island Resource Conservation and
Development Council (BIRCDC) to assist with expenses relating to the 2017 Hawai`i Island
Veterans Day Parade.
Attached please find a resolution authorizing the transfer of$500 from the Clerk-Council
Services Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
