funds from HUD to adjust the approved (by HUD) monthly contract rate to $700.
The implementation date of this contract is scheduled to commence on November 1,
2017. In order to meet this deadline, the OHCD requests that a breach be authorized to
submit this resolution after the September 29, 2017 submission deadline, and to waive it
from the Finance Committee in order to be placed on the October 18, 2017 Council
agenda. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Neil Gyotoku, Housing
Administrator at 961-8379.
