SUBJECT: A Resolution to Approve Legislative Proposals for Inclusion in the 2018 Hawai`i
State Association of Counties Legislative Package.
Attached is a resolution to approve proposals for inclusion in the 2018 Hawai`i State Association
of Counties (HSAC) Legislative Package. This proposal also requires approval by the Councils
of Maui, Kauai, and Honolulu before it can be included in the legislative package.
