SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 9)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney to provide a grant to Big Island Resource Conservation and Development
Council (BIRCDC) for expenses relating to the 2017 Hawai`i Island Veterans Day Parade.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$500 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
