Dear Chairwoman Poindexter and Council Members:
On behalf of Mayor Kim, it has been brought to our attention that there is a discrepancy
on the expiration date of Mr. Nestorio Domingo's term (CD 7) as a board member of the
Water Board. Please note for the record that Mr. Domingo's term will expire December
31, 2020. Mayor Kim's nomination letter to the Council dated February 22, 2017'
inadvertently shows Mr. Domingo's term ending December 31, 2021.
Mr. Domingo's nomination was confirmed by the full council on April 5, 2017.
