Funds would be used to publicize the release of a new tea variety to growers through a field day and a Tea 101 basic workshop to cover tea propagation, cultivation, harvesting, processing, and marketing. Page 4 FC-21 October 17, 2017 BILLS FOR ORDINANCES Bill 70: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 17-40, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2017, TO JUNE 30, 2018 Adds the Civil Defense Land Mobile Radio Upgrade project for $5 million to the Capital Budget. Funds for this project shall be provided from the General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - Fund Balance and/or Other Sources. Funds would be used to complete Phase 2 of the project, which requires the building of three new sites, surveying radio tower sites, and radio tower repairs.
