SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 69, Draft 2; AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 03 108 WHICH RECLASSIFIED LANDS FROM SINGLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL— 10,000 SQUARE FEET (RS-10) TO INDUSTRIAL-
COMMERCIAL MIXED - 20,000 SQUARE FEET.(MCX-20) AT WAIAKEA,
SOUTH HILO, HAWAI`I, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 2-2-050:014.
Attached please find Bill No. 69, Draft 2. Bill No. 69 was verbally amended at the meeting of
the Planning Committee on October 17, 2017,to correct a typographical error in Section 1.
The incorrect reference to Ordinance No. 03-109 was amended so that it now reads
Ordinance No. 03-108, as approved by the Planning Committee.
