Dear Council Members,
Please vote for Bill 13,the polystyrene take-out ban.Many of the places I eat have made the transition to recyclable
containers and have told me that they are glad they did.They are having no leakage problems and they are getting
back customers who stopped going to them because they used styrofoam.
This should be an easy decision,morally.And it would be politically disastrous for a politician running for higher
office in Hawaii,especially on the Kona side,to oppose this bill.
