Dear council members, I want to voice my support for bill 13.As you are well aware our Hilo dump is at capacity
and trucking our waste to the other side of the island is not financially feasible long term.We need to make easy
choices such as this to reduce our waste.There are so many compostable options in place of foam that this is a no
brainer.Most of all we owe it to our kids to do this.This land is not inherited by us from our elders but borrowed
form our children.We should treat it as such.Thank You!
