Attached please find copy of Resolution No. 87-99, draft 2, to extend the parking meter
moratorium within the area of downtown Hilo, to which the Legislative Auditor's Office
shall undertake a survey regarding the parking needs and the removal of parking meter
heads, and to report back to the Council by October 31, 1999.
