I strongly oppose Council Resolution 250-17 for several reasons. Phase one employs inhumane ways to trap&kill
mongoose. Phase I could also get the very birds they aim to protect in the traps that would crush them. Phase two,
would target feral cats of which there is already a managed feral cat population nearby. This phase would entice
cats into an area they would not normally go in. Phase three would involve killing one species of birds for the
benefit of another. Lastly,If per the contractor,the birds are thriving without all this proposed predator control,why
are we wasting tax dollars on it?
Please do not pass this resolution.
