To Whom It may Concern:
I have been a full-time Big Island resident for over 18 years and well over 18 years of age. I am appalled at
this Resolution that is being proposed.
It is cruel and inhumane.There MUST be another solution and I PLEAD with you to consider more humane
ways of dealing with
cats, birds, etc.
Advo Cats is an organization that has worked hard to eliminate the feral cat population. I ASK YOU TO GIVE
THEM TIME to work their solution.
Cats are trapped and neutered/spayed so they cannot re-produce and will die a NATURAL death.
PLEASE CONSIDER ALLOWING A MORE HUMANE SOLUTION TO THIS SITUATION.
