Aloha, I have lived on this island for 30 years , am a voter, homeowner and my
husband helped build both Oteck and the treatment plant. What is proposed is
monstrous! Wasting money and killing things is not the answer!.Trap Neuter Return
Maintain is the name of the game. EVERYWHERE! This is Kona, Hawaii and you would
think that the community would-have enough Aloha and resources to manage the homeless
cat issue. The answer is easy and has been around for decades. TNRM If we.can't do it
how can we ever solve more complicated issues like human homeless and weather
change? The PR could be a nightmare! Death in Paradise! No Aloha for living things in
Hawaii. Please consider no or less kill alternatives. Thank you, Margie and Gregory.Wolfe
