This must be said: Three of my most adjacent neighbors aren't here and haven't
been here for 4 months and they either haven't been instructed to or they are unable
turn off their sprinkler system I'm a full time resident and am being punished in
having to restrict my system while others don't. Alas, it will begin to be neighbor
against neighbor when it should be a water supply system working for us, not
dividing us. Will Honolulu give us money for our well failures like we gave money
for their rail failures?
