Bill 68: Amends Ordinance No. 17-39, as Amended,the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai`i
for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2018. Decreases revenues in the Transfer from
General Fund account(-$50,772); and increases the Office of Management Salaries and Wages
account by the same amount. AYES: Council Members Chung, David, Kanuha,Lee Loy, O'Hara,
Poindexter, Ruggles, and Acting Chair Eoff—8;NOES: None; ABSENT: Council Member
Richards— 1; EXCUSED: None.
Bill 72: Amends Ordinance No. 17-39, as Amended,the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai`i
for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2018. Increases revenues in the Federal Grants—
Speed Enforcement account($66,036); and appropriates the same to the Speed Enforcement
account for a total appropriation of$171,036. AYES: Council Members Chung, David, Kanuha, Lee
Loy, O'Hara, Poindexter, Ruggles, and Acting Chair Eoff—8;NOES: None; ABSENT: Council
Member Richards— 1; EXCUSED: None.
