Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
Please be informed that I have appointed the following persons to the Hawaii County
Family Violence Advisory Commission:
• Dorothea J. Auldridge of Waikoloa is a 13-year resident of Hawaii and is the
Family Life Mediation Director of the Hawaii Island YWCA, Kamuela Division.
• Tantalayo McLaughlin of Kona is a 9-year resident of Hawaii and is the West
Hawaii Program Director of the Family Crisis Shelter, Inc.
• Alma Joy R. Duldulao of Hilo is a lifetime resident of Hawaii and is the Executive
Director of the Family Crisis Shelter, Inc. (Hilo).
