Resolution No. 436-88, regarding legislation co-sponsored by
Senator Spark Matsunaga to establish regional marine research
centers , including one in Hawaii , reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution No ® 436-88 is to commend Senator Matsunaga
on his foresight in endorsing the legislation and urges its passage
by Congress .
Your Committee on Economic Development concurs with Resolution
No. 436-88 and recommends its adoption.
