Your Committee on Economic Development, to which was referred
'Resolution No. 449-88 , regarding the selection of Timothy R.
McCullough, President of Reyn Spooner , Inc. , as the Small Business
Person of the Year , Island of Hawaii , reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution No . 449-88 is to extend heartfelt
congratulations to Mr . McCullough on the occasion of this selection ,
which recognizes that, through his efforts , his associates ' support,
his workers ' diligence , and his family 's backing , he , as head of
Reyn Spooner , Inc. , has contributed to the economic well-being and
betterment of the wider community .
Your Committee on Economic Development concurs with Resolution
No . 449-88 and recommends its adoption .
