RE: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 7)—Little Fire Ant ID Event
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to the Big Island Resource Conservation and
Development Council to reimburse costs for adverting expenses and office supplies related to the
Little Fire Ant ID event occurring on October 21, 2017 in West Hawai`i.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
