RE: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 8)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney to provide a grant to the Big Island Resource Conservation and
Development Council (BIRCDC) for the reimbursement of expenses relating to the 2017
Hawai`i Island Veterans Day Parade.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,000 from the Clerk-Council Services-
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
