No . 489-88, regarding the need for a municipal golf course in
West Hawaii , reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution No . 489-88 is to support the intent of the
General Improvements Act of 1988 in recognizing the need for locating
,,a municipal golf course within the Kealakehe Community Development
Project .
Your Committee on Planning concurs with Resolution No . 489-88 and
recommends its adoption .
