Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Resolution
/No . 452-88 , regarding the apparent inadequacy of the judicial
infrastructure in West Hawaii , reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution No. 452-88 is to request the Hawaii State
Legislature and the Hawaii State Judiciary to review the Judiciary
infrastructure on the Big Island .
Your Committee on Planning is not in accord with Resolution
No . 452-88 and recommends that its file be closed .
