Agricultural use .
Committee Chairman Takashi Domingo informed members of the Committee
that the Committee has been amending all rezoning bills to include a
statement regarding the proposed Unified Impact Fees Ordinance and
inquired as to whether the inclusion of this statement should be
limited to larger proposed developments which would impact
surrounding infrastructure .
Your Committee decided to continue the practice of including the
statement in all rezoning bills, because this was agreed upon by the
full Council several months ago . Therefore , your Committee has
amended Bill 497 by including the following statement:
SECTION 3 . Should the council adopt a Unified Impact
Fees Ordinance setting forth criteria for the
imposition of exactions or the assessment of impact
fees , conditions included herein may at the developer 's
election, be satisfied by performance in accordance
with the requirements of the Unified Impact Fees
