jour Committee on Planning, to which was referred Resolution
No. 414-88, regarding S.B. 2955, S.D. 2, reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution No. 414-88 is to support the intent and
purposes of S.B. 2955, S.D. 2 and to urge its passage by the State
Legislature. S.B. 2955 , S.D. 2 appropriates funds to provide for
level of care increases and to enable the State Legislative Auditor
to conduct a study on the adequacy of the level of care payment
schedule .
Your Committee on Planning concurs with Resolution No. 414-88 and
recommends its adoption.
