Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication
4To . 1470 , reports as follows :
Communication No . 1470 reports on the HSAC Executive Committee
meeting of January 21, 1988 and requires Council action on item E.
HSAC Goals and Objectives .
Your Committee notes the proposed amendments to the HSAC bylaws is an
effort to streamline the organizational structure of the
association. We agree that the proposed bylaw amendments would
strengthen the association.
Your Committee on Planning agrees with the general concept of the
proposed HSAC bylaws and recommends Council ' s approval . Your
Committee further recommends that a copy of this report be forwarded
to the Hawaii State Association of Counties ' Executive Committee .
