Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication
�No . 1385 , reports as follows :
Communication No . 1385 announces the appointment of Philip M. Luce to
the Planning Commission to replace Clarence Mills whose term expires
on December 31, 1987 .
Mr . Luce resides in Kohala® He will serve until December 31, 1992 .
This appointment is being made in accordance with the provisions of
Section 5-4. 3 , Hawaii County Charter ,
Your Committee on Planning recommends approval of the appointment of
Philip M. Luce to the Planning Commission.
