Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication
�No . 1352, reports as follows :
Communication No . 1352 announces the appointment of Dennis R. Holt to
the Planning Commission to replace Arthur W. Martin whose term will
expire on December 31, 1987 .
Mr . Holt resides in Puna. He will serve until December 31, 1992 .
This appointment is being made in accordance with the provisions of
Section 5-4. 3, Hawaii County Charter .
Your Committee on Planning recommends approval of the appointment of
Dennis Holt to the Planning Commission .
