Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication
'No . 1351 , reports as follows:
Communication No . 1351 announces the appointment of Nobuko K. Fukuda
to the Planning Board of Appeals to replace Peter Young, who has
resigned.
Ms . Fukuda resides in Hilo. She will serve until May 31, 1990 .
This appointment is being made in accordance with the provisions of
Section 5-6 .3 , Hawaii County Charter .
Your Committee on Planning recommends approval of the appointment of
Nobuko Fukuda to the Planning Board of Appeals .
