Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication
�No . 1187 , reports as follows :
Communication 1187 announces the reappointment of the following
individuals to the Transportation Commission:
Mr . Stanley Carvalho, an independent from Puna,
one-year term until December 31 , 1987 ;
Mr . William Rosehill , an independent from Kona ,
two-year term until December 31 , 1988 ;
Mr . E . C. Hobron Van Gieson, a republican from Hilo ,
(at-large ) , two-year term until December 31 , 1988 ;
Mr . Rodney E. Cabreros, an independent from Hamakua,
three-year term until December 31 , 1989 ;
Mr . Emilio M. Diego, an independent from Kau ,
three-year term until December 31 , 1989 ;
Ms . Frances M. Hasegawa, a democrat from Kohala,
four-year term until December 31 , 1990 ;
Mr . Peter G. Schneider , an independent from Kona ,
(at-large ) , four-year term until December 31 , 1990 ; and
Ms . Helen R. McCall, a republican from, Hilo, five-year
term until December 31, 1991 .
These appointments are being made in accordance with the provisions
of Section 18-3 of the Hawaii County Code, as amended .
