Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication
�No. 1163 , reports as follows:
Communication No. 1163 announces the appointment of George Martin, a
democrat , to the Planning Board of Appeals to replace Harold Okuhama
whose term has expired .
Mr . Martin resides in Hilo . He will serve until May 31, 1992 .
This appointment is being made in accordance with the provisions of
Section 5-6 .3 , Hawaii County Charter .
Your Committee on Planning recommends approval of the appointment of
George Martin to the Planning Board of Appeals .
