Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication
'No . 1113 , reports as follows:
Communication No . 1113 is a report from Councilman Russell Kokubun of
the meeting of the Inter-Governmental Relations Committee of the
Hawaii State Association of Counties (HSAC) , which was held on
May 15 , 1987 . The communication submits , for approval , the following
two reports :
1 . Final report of the 1987 HSAC Legislative Program.
The committee approved the final report of the 1987
HSAC Legislative Package, as prepared by the
Legislative Resource Coordinators . The report provides
an update of the 1987 HSAC Legislative Program and
recommendations for next year .
2 . 1987 HSAC Legislative Program Evaluation. The
committee approved the evaluation report . The report
includes recommendations for the 1988 HSAC Legislative
Package .
Your Committee on Planning recommends that the County Council approve
the two reports mentioned above .
