Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Resolution
'No. 305-87 , regarding the bicentennial of our constitution, reports
as follows:
The purpose of Resolution No. 305-87 is to proclaim the dedication of
1987 to the commemorationof the Bicentennial of the United States
Constitution.
Your Committee on Planning concurs with Resolution No. 305 and
recommends its adoption .
