Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Resolution
No . 303-87 , regarding House Resolution 453 , which proposes the
establishment of an interim committee to study the problems and
concerns of lessees of agricultural lands , reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution No . 303-87 is to support the passage of
House Resolution 453 and the establishment of an interim committee .
Your Committee on Planning concurs with Resolution No . 303-87 and
recommends its adoption .
