Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Resolution
'No. 295 -87 , regarding Senator Spark M. Matsunaga 's package of
legislative proposals designed to extend and improve veterans '
benefits , reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution No. 2951-.87 is to lend support to
Senator Matsunaga 's legislative proposals which are listed and
described in the resolution .
Your Committee on Planning concurs with Resolution No . 295 -87 and
recommends its adoption . .
