Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Resolution
No. 266-87 , regarding the State Department of Health 's legislative
bill to require fluoridation of all public water systems in the
State of Hawaii , reports as follows :
Resolution 266-87 proposes opposition to the Department of Health 's
proposal to fluoridate public water systems in the state . The
resolution further proposes that the question of fluoridating public
water systems be referred to the Hawaii State Association of Counties
for discussion.
Your Committee on Planning concurs with Resolution 266-87 and
recommends its adoption .
