Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred
/Communication No. 891, reports as follows :
Communication No. 891 announces the appointment of Peter L. Hendricks
to the Water Commission to replace Masayoshi Onodera whose term has
expired.
Mr . Hendricks resides in Kohala. He will serve until
December 31 , 1991 .
This appointment is being made in accordance with the provisions of
Section 8-2, Hawaii County Charter.
Your Committee 'on Planning recommends approval of the appointment of
Peter L. Hendricks to the Water Commission.
