Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred
Communication No. 884, reports as follows :
Communication No. 884 announces the appointment of
Bernard Y. Mochizuki to the Water Commission.
Mr . Mochizuki resides in Kona and is a sales representative for
McKesson Wine & Spirits . He will be filling an at-large vacancy
which will be created by the expired term of Ms . Jean Takase. He
will serve until December 31 , 1991 .
This appointment is being made in accordance with Section 8-2 of the
Hawaii County Charter . Your Committee on Planning recommends approval
of Bernard Y. Mochizuki to the Water Commission.
