Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Bill No. 261,
regarding the rezoning request of Keith Tom, Kalaoa, North Kona,
TMK: 7-3-04:4, reports as follows :
Bill 261 amends Section 25-87, Article 3, Chapter 25 of the
Hawaii County Code, by changing the district classification of
approximately 5 .9 acres of land from Agricultural 20-acre (A-20a) to
Agricultural 1-acre (A-la ) .
The bill passed first reading of the County Council on
November 19, 1986 and was recommitted to the Committee on Planning
for further discussion and review.
Your Committeeon Planning is now in full accord with the intent and
purpose of Bill 261 and recommends that it pass second and final
reading.
