Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred
'esolution No. 219-86 , regarding the North Kohala Community
Development Plan, reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution 21986 is to propose the adoption of the
North Kohala Community Development Plan as the official document to
guide future development in North Kohala .
Your Committee on Planning concurs with Resolution No. 219-86 and
recommends its adoption .
