Resolution No. 214-86 , regarding the Waimea Design Plan , reports as
follows:
The purpose of Resolution No. 214-86 is to adopt the Waimea Design
Plan as the official document to guide future development and
construction designs in Waimea.
Your Committee. on Planning concurs with Resolution No. 214-86 and
recommends its adoption.
