Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication 661,
reports as follows:
Communication 661 announces the appointment of Ms. Ruby P. McDonald
to the Planning Board of Appeals to replace Mr . William Mielcke whose
term has expired.
Ms . McDonald resides in Kona. She will serve until May 31, 1991 .
This appointment is being made in accordance with the provisions of
Section 5-6.3 of the Hawaii County Charter .
Your Committee on Planning recommends approval of the appointment of
Ms . Ruby P. McDonald to the Planning Board of Appeals .
